The following factors contributed to the configuration of the above-mentioned shareholders structure:
- The increase of share capital, by public offering and private investment (27-29/3/2000) and the issue of 1.052.690 new common shares.
- The decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Company's shareholders, on 13 July 2000, for the increase of the share capital by 3.843.645.000 drachmas (€11,279,955.98) issuing 15.374.580 new common shares, with the capitalisation of part of the reserves, from the share premium granting two new gratis shares for one held, at the nominal value of Grd. 250.
