INFORMER S.A. signed a contract with the DG Information Society of European Union
In the frame of IST (Information Society Technology programme) of the 5th R&D Framework program of EU, INFORMER have signed contract for the materialization of
AMRADS of 1.4M Euro budget and duration of 36 months.
INFORMER will lead the consortium which consists of the Joint Research Centre, Governmental Institutes, Universities and Information Technology Companies of EU’s countries for the materialization of AMRADS project.
Target of AMRADS (Accompanying Measure on Research and Development in Statistics) is the development of the terms and conditions that will help the transfer of technology and knowledge (TTK) between the Statistical Institutes of the country members of EU as well as of the countries to be entered EU and the Balkan countries.
The main tool to achieve TTK is a common infrastructure consisting of a software education and demo center (SODECE), technical validation on relative matters and corresponding websites and helpdesks. In addition conferences, workshops and training seminars will be organized.
