COOPERATION BETWEEN INFORMER S.A. AND KARATZIS GROUP OF COMPANIES S.A.
KARATZIS Group of Companies, following an extensive evaluation of IT companies and packages have selected INFORMER S.A. and its IFS package for an integrated
ERP solution in all the companies of the Group.
The deal provides that till the end of 2001 the Financial and Commercial applications of the IFS as well as the Manufacturing costing and Production control will be installed in all the companies and factories of the Group.
At the same time INFORMER will install in the KARATZIS Group its MIS and Consolidation application.
KARATZIS Group of companies have four factories producing special “nets” for the packing of meat and “cold cuts” as well as plastic nets for agricultural uses. Three of these factories are located in Creta and one in Larissa. The Group also includes a Hotel in Hersonissos and three subsidiary companies in Germany. These German companies will also be computerized by INFORMER at a later time.
In September 2000 KARATZIS have entered the Greek stock exchange market due to its competitiveness in International level and the continuing expansion of its revenues and profits.
