SUCCESSFUL COOPERATION BETWEEN INFORMER S.A. AND ATHENS MEDICAL CENTER GROUP CONTINUES
INFORMER S.A. continuing its long term successful cooperation with Athens Medical Center Group of Mr. Apostolopoulos, have materirialized during year 2000,
several big projects for the Group of Medical Center. With this opportunity INFORMER strengthen its cooperation with the Medical Group and re-enforced its great presence in the Medical Applications field.
Within this year INFORMER S.A. implemented the Clinics Management Applications which include: Barcode Application for the fast charging of the medical materials by the hospital’s departmental secretaries, Beds Management Application for the prompt and effective beds management of the hospital, Pharmacy Application for the automatic order of the medicines from each clinic to the central pharmacy, Phone Application for main application’s connection with the hospital’s switchboard in order to lock or unlock each bed’s phone line by recognizing if the bed is occupied or not, Medical examinations order (connection of the main application with LIS -Laboratory Information System-) through the rerminals to the central laboratories and return back their results having at the same time make the corresponding charges.
All the above applications implemented into Athens Medical Center, P. Faliro Medical Center, Balkan Medical Center in Salonica, Apollonio Infirmary and Iasis Clinic.
Additionally INFORMER’s IFS application, (the Financial and Commercial part) have been installed into Balkan Medical Center, Apollonio Infirmary and Iasis Clinic.
Furthermore, INFORMER’s Materials Management and Human Resources Payroll Management applications were installed into Athens Medical Center, P. Faliro Medical Center, Balkan Medical Center and Apollonio Infirmary.
It is remarkable to say that INFORMER S.A. apart from Medical’s Center Group IT solutions provider, it is also the supplier of their hardware systems. Both software and hardware supported by INFORMER cover effectively Group’s needs and lead the way of a successful operation of the Group’s Hospitals in this high demandable area.
