Termination of cooperation with Temenos
Temenos has expressed its intention to discontinue its cooperation with Informer in relation with the distribution of the “Globus” software in Greece and Cyprus.
The possibility of termination of cooperation between Informer and Temenos in relation with the distributor’s agreement of “Globus” in Greece and Cyprus has no impact on contractual relations among Informer, Banks using “Globus”, and Temenos. As a result of the above there is no impact to Informer’s revenue arising from these contracts.
Informer still has the 49% of share capital of “Temenos Eastern Europe Ltd”, which is a common company with Temenos and has the rights of “Globus” distribution to the Balkans, Eastern Europe countries, as well as to Egypt.
