Dividend of £0,088 (30GRD) per share by INFORMER S.A.
A dividend of € 0,088 (30 GRD) per share for the year 2001, showing an increase of 15% compared to year 2000, will be proposed by the management of INFORMER SA
at the General Assembly to be held on 28/6/2002.
Profit before taxes of the parent company “INFORMER SA” rose to €5,05 million, compared to €3,20 million in the previous year, showing an increase of 16%.
The turnover of 2001 had an increase of 51% and rose to €19,7 million compared to €13,1 million in 2000.
On a merged basis the turnover of 2001 rose to €40,77 million, compared to €25,74 million in the previous year, showing an increase of 58%.
In 2001 net profits before taxes rose to €11,10 million, showing an increase of 7%, compared to the previous year where profits before taxes had reached €10,30 million.
