The acquisition of the majority in AIRWAVE ENTERPRISES LTD by the INFORMER SA Group was completed on 11/3/2003. AIRWAVE ENTERPRISES LTD was one of
the investments made by the Commercial Bank venture capital, the exclusive activity being e-payment systems.
AIRWAVE is a holding company, possessing the total number of shares of NOVACK LTD ( Cyprus) and PAYNET SRL (Romania), as well as the majority in PAYNET AD (Serbia).
The exclusive object of the activities of NOVACK LTD is the provision of management services to companies dealing with e-payment systems.
PAYNET SRL is a company dealing with e-payment systems in Romania and is an approved credit card processor, both by VISA and EUROPAY. PAYNET SRL holds a leading position in the Romanian market, already numbering among its customers eight banks issuing credit cards, which use PAYNET SRL as their processor.
PAYNET AD is the Serbian correspondent, already claiming a big share in a market that is now starting to develop.
